The 1978 born mother and wife has excelled as an actress but many still question her short stint in the music arena. The leading actress made her screen debut in 1995 and has appeared in over 300 films, selling millions of video copies. She remains the first African celebrity to receive over 1 million likes on her Facebook page and currently has over 3 million followers on Facebook. No wonder it surprised her when FaceBook founder didn’t reach out to when he visited Nigeria. Lets also not forget she has also been applauded for her remarkable humanitarian efforts.

Like I said earlier many still question her decision to dabble into music but here is what you need to know about OmoSexy’s music career. She launched a long-awaited music career in 2005 with the release of her debut album titled GBA and she featured rave of the moments like Ruggedman and Paul play. The album produced hit singles “Naija Lowa” and “The Things You Do To Me. Her sophomore album, Me, Myself, and Eyes remains unreleased but it brought in production from Paul Play and Del B. It was supported by the songs “Feel Alright” (featuring Harry Song) and “Through the Fire” (featuring Uche). Despite not releasing her second album, Omosexy went ahead to start work on her 3rd album in late 2012. She enlisted the help of The Bridge Entertainment on the project when she headed to the musical mecca of Atlanta GA to work with some prominent producers and songwriters who could help create a sound that would resonate to American audiences. Studio sessions included Grammy winning producer Kendrick Dean, Drumma Boy, Verse Simmonds. She also recorded with Grammy recording artist Bobby.
