BBNaija 2019 winner, Mercy Eke almost broke the internet with the news of her endorsement as an ambassador with international Champagne brand, Moet Chandor.
Hours after this Mercy Eke endorsement moet hit the internet, people have started questioning the authenticity of the news. It all started when someone chatted up the verified page of the brand to make esquires on their ambassador which they denied. The person shared screenshots of her chat with the rep of the company, who claimed that the company does not have any ambassador programs open at the moment.
Hours later, Mercy Lambo took to Instagram to react to the flying rumour which alleged that her supposed endorsement with Moet&Chandon is a scam. Reacting to this, the reality star made a video maintaining that she is the ambassador of Moet&Chandon and advising those who are pained to drink water.
Not too long after that, a man who is a lawyer took to Instagram to back up this claim. He stated that his company provided Legal advisory/support for the official endorsement of @official_mercyeke as a brand Ambassador of Moet Hennessey Africa & Middle East.
A few minutes ago, Marketing and Partnerships manager, Paola Audrey took to twitter to reveal that mercy is neither an ambassador or Influencer for the brand as she doesn’t fit their guidelines. She further stated that Mercy only paid the company a visit.
